Large-scale mapping
We have a specialized team that works with geo-information to build large-scale basic data. These are digitally created maps on a scale of 1 / 500 to 1 / 1000
They are based on information obtained through aerial photography (photogrammetry or 3D mapping), Mobile Mapping (vehicles making accurate views of the street) and / or classical topography (land surveyor crews).
Coverage can range from large areas (cities or municipalities) to small-scale local infrastructure (e.g., the station area of Antwerp North).
Such digital map files are frequently created for the government as the Grootschalig Referentie Bestand (the large scale reference file) Flanders (or GRB from AGIV, the authorized government agency).
